Coach Kendra De Wilde

Kendra De Wilde is a High Performance–trained, Certified Competition Coach with Equestrian Canada and holds her National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) certification.

With over 30 years of experience in the equestrian industry, Kendra brings a depth of knowledge shaped by mentorship from highly respected professionals. Her expertise spans show jumping, competition development, equine training, high-performance coaching, and horse sales both locally and internationally. She also has extensive experience in veterinary-assisted care, horse management, and transport.

Kendra maintains ongoing professional relationships with Equestrian Canada, Canadian Olympic athletes, and Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI)-registered facilities.

She has successfully coached riders to top results, including show circuit titles and provincial championships.

Coach Mya

Mya brings over 15 years of experience, progressing from Pony Club Level A under the guidance of Canadian Level 2–certified coaches. She combines a strong technical foundation with a competitive mindset, delivering focused, high-standard instruction.

A long-term coach within the program, Mya has played a key role in developing many successful riders, guiding them through consistent progression and competitive achievement.

With experience across hunters, jumpers, and dressage, Mya produces riders who are confident, precise, and competition-ready.

Coach Hailey

Hailey brings over 19 years of equestrian experience, having trained under top-level professionals and developed a strong foundation in riding, horsemanship, and coaching. Her depth of knowledge, combined with clear communication and a positive approach, allows her to deliver effective, high-quality instruction while keeping riders engaged and confident.

A dedicated long-term coach, Hailey has developed many riders through consistent progression, building the confidence, skill, and discipline required for both competition and lifelong riding.

Hailey’s riders are supported to succeed in the show ring while also developing the skills needed for long-term success in the sport.
